Gugulethu Sophia Mbatha, better popularly known as Gugu Mbatha-Raw is a popular British film and stage actress that gained fame because she was a part of the 'Doctor Who' (a British science-fiction TV show) show that aired on the BBC channel. Gugu achieved a lot of recognition for her role in the role of Tish Jones, the sister of the major character Martha Jones, in the series. Gugu was destined for a career in acting after viewers were captivated by her jovial personality. Chelsea Joy Handler, born February 25, 1975 on the 25th of February, 1975 in Livingston New Jersey, is the youngest of six children. The family was comprised of six people including Chelsea Joy Handler as the youngest. Her parents were householders. Her father was a dealer of used cars. Her mother was born in Germany and immigrated to the United States as a young woman in 1958. After 10 years of fighting breast cancer, Handler died in 1989. Handler is a reform Jew as well as her father who was Jewish. Handler enjoyed a happy, healthy childhood living in a safe neighborhood. As a teenager She moved to Los Angeles, California to take on a profession in acting. Handler had to turn into an actress in order to survive. Handler aged 21 was able to concentrate on stand-up comics full time after discovering her storytelling skills. Handler began her stand-up career becoming a member of the all-female Oxygen team, and featured in a tv show named Girls Behaving BADLY. The series was famous for its secret camera and practical joke. This show aired from 2002 to 2005. The host appeared on numerous shows including Weekends at D.L. The Bernie Mac Show The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler started working for The Tonight Show as a reporter. Handler received her first big break in the form of hosting her own E! Show in 2006. named The Chelsea Handler Show. The show ran for two seasons. The following year, Handler performed on the Comedy Central's Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour in the United States. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend & HBO have aired Handler's stand-up performances. In 2010, it was announced that the MTV Video Music Awards 2010 were made public. In this way, she became the second woman in history to host the VMA's following Roseanne Barr.
